The Opportunity: Launch Your AE Career with Applauz

This is not a typical SDR role. We are seeking a highly driven, experienced B2B sales professional ready to commit to a 4-6 month performance-based acceleration program into a full Account Executive (AE) role.

As the Senior SDR, you will be the spearhead of our pipeline generation, leveraging your experience to immediately drive qualified opportunities.. Success in this role is measured by a clear set of KPIs that, once met, will establish the baseline for success in the AE position within 4-6 months.

Responsabilités

Your primary mission is to accelerate pipeline velocity and master the core sales process, preparing you to successfully own a full AE quota.

Pipeline Generation & Qualification

Outbound Strategy: Execute targeted, multi-channel (phone, email, social) outreach campaigns to high-value, qualified prospects within target accounts.

Opportunity Qualification: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to qualify leads using BANT/MEDDIC principles, ensuring a high-quality hand-off to the Account Executive team.

Metric Achievement: Consistently exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound activities, SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), and pipeline generated.

Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to our current sales cadence, messaging, and tooling (HubSpot).

Team Support: Act as a resource as we collaborate with marketing, product and sales, sharing best practices in prospecting and discovery, and what you are hearing on the front lines.

Compétences

Experience & Technical Expertise

2+ years of successful, quota carrying B2B customer facing or SDR experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Prior working knowledge of the HR Technology/Employee Engagement industry.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing LinkedIn and social selling strategies for lead generation.

Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools (or comparable platforms).

Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills (written and oral).
